Lithia Warranty
Lithia guarantees to the original retail purchaser of a paid service repair (the "Service Customer") that it will repair or replace any Eligible Parts (as defined below) that fail under normal use conditions within 3 years or 50,000 miles whichever comes first of the date of purchase appearing on Service Customer's repair order.
This guarantee is good at any dealership owned and operated by Lithia Motors, Inc.
We will repair or replace Eligible Parts with new or remanufactured parts free of charge, including related labor.
Eligible Parts
- Any new or remanufactured part replaced at this dealership excluding: tires, brakes, filters, fluids, anti-freeze, refrigerant, wiper blades, spark plugs, light bulbs, manual clutch disc, DVD entertainment system, interior trim items, and glass.
This guarantee is not transferable and does not cover the following:
Failure due to negligence, alteration, misuse, accident or use for which the part or parts were not designed or approved by the part manufacturer.
Part(s) repaired or replaced under any other applicable new or used vehicle warranty.
Part(s) used in commercial or for-hire applications or used in racing or other competitions.
Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, towing charges, consequential damages or other economic loss.
Damage due to lack of maintenance (use of wrong fluids, refrigerant, fuel, oil or lubricants).
Incomplete repairs performed at the Service Customer's request.
