While it's convenient to go to the car wash in winter, if you're short on time and need a vehicle washed at home in colder weather, we have a few tips for you. Much is the same, but just some things to be mindful of include:
- Washing when it's above 40 degrees out so your vehicle doesn't freeze
- Dry your vehicle right after washing
- Use lots of clean water and a quality vehicle soap
- If your roads have been salted or have sand put down in winter weather, be sure to pay attention to and clean down under the vehicle as well
With these tips you can be well on your way having a clean vehicle and one that will look nice and not have too much buildup over the colder months.
