The Honda AWV (Autonomous Work Vehicle) was developed by the automaker as a prototype. Now it's hard at work doing construction at a new solar installation in New Mexico and shows us a glimpse in the future.

The vehicle, which looks like it's from Wall-E the movie, is an all-electric, four-wheel drive vehicle that has 27.9 miles of range, and a six hour charge time. It's just under 10 feet long and about 5 feet wide, and capable of carrying 880 pounds while towing 1,653 pounds. It has a bunch of sensors to help it navigate the job site, and has helped the solar panel company save on time between trips across 100 acres. It's off-road capable and can be directed by remote too. It brings across crates and boxes as well as bottled water for workers to stay hydrated. It's cool and we enjoy seeing all the way Honda innovates.
